I am a diploma-qualified Raynor Naturopathic Masseur (RNM), offering both male and female clients deep tissue and Swedish massage options.

I provide a warm, quiet studio in a quiet suburban area of LEEDS, Oakwood, LS8 2NN

RNM is a holistic system of full-body Massage that includes Foot and hand Reflexology, Head, Face, and Neck massage, and optional Abdominal (Tummy) massage. The goal of RNM is to remove residual tension from the body and stress from the mind, helping to reconnect a client to a natural, restful state of Being.

RAYNOR NATUROPATHIC MASSAGE THERAPY (RNM) - DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE.
The Goal of Raynor Naturopathic Massage (RNM) is to return the body to its’ natural state of relaxation and mindful stillness. The word “relax” literally means to bring back to a state of looseness:

SWEDISH MASSAGE:
A softer, relaxing massage. I include elements of the Raynor Technique, such as hand & foot reflexology and head massage, as this helps achieve total relaxation and de-stress.

PAYMENT:

Please pay for the session on site in cash or by bank fert

A shower facility is available for an additional £3.

DRAPING:

All clients, male and female, are fully draped throughout the massage session with a large light fleecy blanket to protect the client's privacy and modesty:

The draping is moved aside to allow massage on the specific area to be worked—e.g., back, arms and hands, legs and feet, etc.

• On-street local parking, no restrictions. Please text me for Location information on parking.
• The massage studio is on the ground floor, with several steps leading up outside, so the entrance is unsuitable for disabled or wheelchair users.
• I can provide a Home Visiting Therapeutic Massage service for Registered Disabled / Wheelchair users within a reasonable travelling distance:

AROMATHERAPY (on request):

Essential Oils blended with the base Massage oil: Aromatherapy can be used to supplement the main massage, applied to an area, or as the primary massage oil can help relieve muscle cramps and joint pain.
