Nearest Public port - Buses 49 and 50 from Leeds Centre, up the A58 Easterly road, get off at the next stop after the McDonalds drive through on the roundabout: The venue is conveniently located within a 4-minute walk from Hollin Park Mount bus stop.

Deep Tissue Massage, uses a firm pressure to release adhesions ( ‘Knots’ ) in the deepest layers of muscle tissue. This will ease physical tensions, increase the range of motion, help relieve persistent & chronic pain

Indian Head Massage is a time-tested and invigorating treatment for relieving stress, tensions and headaches.

Foot Reflexology is an instantly relaxing and soothing therapy that can benefit anyone, especially those who suffer from stress and anxiety.
