Each session is unhurried and guided by comfort, consent, and care.

Phase One — Physical Release & Nervous-System Calm
The session begins with gentle, flowing Swedish massage using moderate pressure to soften physical tension throughout the body. Special attention is given to areas where stress is often held, such as the neck, shoulders, and back. This phase helps calm the nervous system, slow the breath, and allow the body to feel safe enough to relax.

Phase Two — Emotional Release & Inner Ease
Once the body has softened, the massage continues with slower, more attentive touch. This phase allows deeper layers of holding — often linked to stress or emotional load — to gently unwind. The focus here is not pressure, but presence, giving the body time and space to let go naturally. Many women describe this phase as deeply comforting, grounding, and quietly formative.

To make the first experience gentle and accessible, I offer a one-time introductory rate for new clients. This allows you to experience the massage calmly and without pressure.

• 120 minutes – £80

Ongoing Sessions (standard rates):
• 60 minutes – £60
• 90 minutes – £80
• 120 minutes – £100

As a thank-you to returning clients, a complimentary welcome gift is offered on a following session as a gesture of appreciation for trust and continuity.

At the end of every session, all clients are invited to enjoy herbal tea and a light snack. This quiet moment is part of the experience, allowing the body to settle, energy to restore, and clients to leave feeling grounded and supported.
