TREATMENTS

Remedial Massage (60 min) £80.00

This session is for you if you have persistent pain, including headaches, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel pain, low-back pain, sciatica, or plantar fasciitis. Our session will combine targeted and soothing advanced soft-tissue techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy and light stretches. This massage helps with lasting pain relief, and also leaves you feeling deeply relaxed and renewed.

Myofascial Release (60 min) £80.00

Fascia is a strong, elastic, connective tissue surrounding and threading through our muscular system. This tissue can become hard, dry and hyper-sensitive. Myofascia Release techniques work in harmony with the nervous system to release and soften the tissue, in turn relieving pain and discomfort. This session is for you if you have persistent or systemic pain including myofascial pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, or irritable bowel syndrome.

Sports Massage (60 mins) £80.00

Ideal for maintenance or preparing and recovering from your sporting event. Sports massage is designed to enhance and sustain high levels of performance, prevent injury and aid recovery. Our session will incorporate deep effleurage, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release and dynamic sports stretches.

Deep Tissue Massage (60 mins) £80.00

This is for you if you prefer a deeper massage. Our session will focus on slow, deep strokes and will incorporate a variety of targeted advanced soft-tissue techniques including deep effleurage, direct myofascial release, trigger point therapy and stretches.

Relaxing Massage (60 mins) £80.00

Experiencing stress and tension? This relaxing massage is for you. We’ll be incorporating indirect myofascial release with slow strokes, hot stones and Craniosacral therapy to give you a deeply soothing experience, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and renewed.

Hot Stone Fusion Massage (90 mins) £135.00

A Hot Stone Fusion Massage is a profound and complete experience. A rhythmic, deep, flowing dance is performed with hot stones, hands, and arms.
