I’m a Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist, qualified Swedish massage therapist, and certified personal trainer. By combining hands-on massage therapy with a strong background in personal training, I have a practical understanding of how the body moves and responds to treatment. This allows me to tailor each session to your body, your goals, and how you’re feeling on the day.
