Description

I am a therapist with extensive experience working in both the NHS and the private sector. I have always valued massage therapy as a powerful therapeutic gift that supports the body’s natural ability to regulate, rejuvenate, and heal.
I am a strong advocate for body awareness and for helping people develop the ability to self-regulate through a range of therapeutic techniques. I specialise in relaxation and fusion massage, using a carefully integrated combination of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, Lomi Lomi–inspired elements, acupressure, and reflexology-inspired techniques.
More recently, I have become increasingly aware of how mental stress impacts the body and how stress activates the fight-or-flight response. Within my massage sessions, I incorporate techniques that stimulate the vagus nerve, helping the body move into deep relaxation and restoration.
