Hello, I am Paulo and I am also the founder of The Executive Touch. My aim is to help people with chronic pain and offer a very holistic approach to pain management. When I am massaging someone, I am right in my element. It’s a space where my intuition and my technical skills converge. My focus is entirely on the individual before me – on understanding the unique story their body is telling. I can feel the subtle shifts in muscle tension, the areas of restriction, and the pathways of discomfort. This allows me to move beyond a routine massage and create a truly bespoke treatment. It’s not just about applying pressure; it’s about listening and responding to what your body needs in that very moment to release, rebalance, and begin its own natural healing process. I offer a selection of modalities which can be combined if you book the right length of duration. I am used to the modern demands and I understand most people prefer to be seen in their own homes, however other people prefer to travel and be in a different environment and enjoy the experience.
