I've been training in and practicing massage for 4 years and having relocated to Liverpool last year I am now seeking new clients in the area, mainly the city centre and the outlying areas. Modern life is very stressful, even for the most active people among us and that's why getting a regular massage is important for a lot of people. It helps our muscles and soft tissues to recover from intense workouts and physically demanding roles by increasing blood flow to overworked areas of the body and oxygen. It is beneficial for mental health by helping us to relax better and improving that much needed good night's sleep. It can help in the treatment of health conditions such as osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, sciatica and other musckoskeletal issues. If you're recovering after running a marathon or embarking on that long hike in the lakes massage can most often help your aching body. I also offer Hot stone massage treatment which involves the use of heated basalt stones to work into the tissues of the body and ease tension and pain. I offer treatments in the comfort of people's homes so it means no travelling for you as the client. I primarily work in the day time hours between 9 am and 7 pm but I can also offer evening treatments before 10 pm for an extra fee.
