My name is Vivian, and I offer professional Swedish and deep tissue massage in London, working across the city to help clients ease tension, improve mobility, and feel more at ease in their bodies. My massage journey began years ago while helping my mum recover from shoulder surgery. Her physiotherapist noticed my natural touch and encouraged me to consider it as a career, and it turned out to be the best advice I ever received.

Before becoming a full-time massage therapist, I worked for five years in hospitality management. It took a while to admit that I was displeased sitting behind a desk. Enrolling in massage school felt partly like a whim and partly like returning to something I was always meant to do. Very quickly, I realised how much I enjoyed working hands-on and helping people feel better in a direct, meaningful way.

Swedish massage became my foundation, giving me a strong understanding of flow, relaxation, and rhythm. Over time, I found myself drawn to deeper, more targeted work. There is something genuinely satisfying about seeing those long-standing knots that quietly cause discomfort and easing them out with slow, focused pressure. Many clients book me, thinking they only need general relaxation. While my Swedish massage provides that, they are often amazed by how much more comfortable they feel once I address the areas they didn’t realise were contributing to their pain.

Since moving from Manchester to London in 2019, I’ve built a loyal and diverse client base. Desk workers also form a significant part of my practice, and my advanced training in neck and shoulder techniques has made a noticeable difference for clients who spend long days at their laptops.
