Reflexology for women only in London. My name is Lily, and live in Islington from where I provide reflexology onsite and mobile visits exclusively for women. I am a qualified level 3 ITEC trained reflexologist and I work exclusively with women of all ages and cultures. I am affiliated with: the Association of Reflexologists (AoR); the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT); and the Complementary and Natural Holistic Council (CNHC) which is a Professional Standards Authority. I have been working with holistic therapies for over a decade and am about it still.

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing; reducing stress in people’s lives can be key in optimizing good health and building resilience. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body and reflexologists work these points and areas. I am trained in Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage, Women's Health, Aromatic reflexology and more.

All you need to do is take off your shoes and socks and relax. Reflexology connects mind, body, and sole.

Working Hours:
- Monday 10am-6pm
- Tuesday 10am-6pm.
- Thursday 10am-6pm.
- Friday 10am-6pm.
