Restorative, Listening‑Based Massage for Deep Relaxation

Trained in both restorative and sports massage, I now focus on slow, attentive sessions designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system balance. My approach is calm, unhurried, and guided by listening to the body rather than applying force or routine techniques.

While I have experience with sports massage, my current work is gentle and flowing, offering a supportive space for the body to soften, settle, and rebalance at its own pace.


What I Offer

I offer restorative massage in a quiet, supportive setting. Sessions are typically held with minimal talking, allowing the body and mind to rest without needing to engage.

Touch is continuous, slow, and responsive rather than deep or corrective. Pressure is gentle to moderate and always adapted to your comfort. The intention is to support relaxation, grounding, and a sense of ease throughout the body.

Music is soft and unobtrusive — often ambient tones or gentle nature sounds — chosen to support relaxation without stimulation. Many clients drift into a deeply restful or dream‑like state during the session.

This massage is well suited for stress, mental fatigue, overwhelm, or anyone seeking calm and restoration.
It may not be suitable if you are looking for deep tissue, sports massage, or strong pressure.

What to Expect

A calm, unhurried session

Optional: Lomi Lomi Flow

For clients who enjoy a more wave-like style, I also offer a Lomi Lomi-inspired approach using longer, continuous strokes and a slow rhythmic pace. This can feel deeply immersive, supporting full-body relaxation.


Optional: Body Scrub + Massage

For a deeper reset, you may also choose a body scrub followed by massage. This combination supports circulation, skin softness, and a refreshed, grounded feeling in the body. Scrub is offered with professional products and warm towels, with comfort and privacy always respected.

This massage is ideal if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, mentally tired, or simply in need of deep rest and grounding.

Optional: Hot Stone Massage
