My name is Jhenyfer of Colombian origin, raised in Spain. I have been in this wonderful city of London for 5 years where I have been able to learn one of my professions which is sports massage and various other techniques alike Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Full Body Relaxing Massage.

My first experience with the massage was at the age of 16 in an athletics competition in Spain where one of my coaches in the middle of the competition gave me such an effective massage that it made my discomfort disappear and allowed me to finish my competition. At that moment I knew the importance of applying a sports massage to a relaxing one and the benefits they provide to athletes.

At that moment I found what really inspired me and what I wanted to do. I wanted to be able to help athletes and help people to relax in such a way that their muscle discomfort disappeared and they could maintain better muscle health.

It is a wonderful experience that I have taken and practised as well in Spain where I have been able to build my group of clients. The opportunity to travel and work doing massages in Spain and London is just AMAZING!!
