Hello and welcome to Ella Beauty Studio! My name is Elaine, and I am a trained massage therapist offering personalised treatments for women and men in London. I speak English and Brazilian Portuguese, and my aim is to help you feel comfortable, cared for and relaxed from the moment we meet.

I believe that taking time for yourself is an important part of looking after your wellbeing. Busy routines, long working hours and everyday responsibilities can leave little space to pause. My appointments give you an opportunity to slow down, enjoy some quiet time and receive a massage tailored to your preferences.

Whether you are booking your first massage, looking for a regular relaxation appointment or interested in a particular technique, you are welcome to get in touch. Before your treatment, we will discuss what you would like from the session, your preferred pressure and any relevant health information. This helps me choose an appropriate approach and make your experience as comfortable as possible.

My treatments include:

Relaxing and Swedish massage: A wonderful choice for anyone who enjoys gentle to moderate pressure and wants time to unwind. These sessions focus on relaxation and easing the feeling of everyday muscular tension, with pressure adjusted to your comfort.

Deep tissue massage: For clients who prefer firmer pressure and more focused attention on areas that feel tight, such as the back, shoulders or legs. Firm pressure should always remain manageable, and I encourage you to tell me how you feel throughout the treatment.

Manual lymphatic drainage: A gentle, rhythmic massage technique using light pressure. If you are interested in this treatment, please contact me to discuss your needs and suitability before booking.

Post-operative lymphatic drainage: I have completed training in post-operative massage. Appointments are subject to an individual consultation and clearance from your surgeon or treating healthcare professional. Their aftercare instructions will guide what is appropriate and when treatment can begin.

Maderotherapy and sculpting massage: Body massage techniques using wooden tools or hands-on movements. These appointments can suit clients who enjoy a more focused body treatment. I will explain the approach beforehand and discuss realistic expectations, comfort and suitability.

Hot stone massage: A treatment combining massage with the warmth of smooth stones for a comforting, relaxing experience. Suitability is checked before treatment, and the temperature is monitored carefully.

Facial massage: A gentle treatment for clients who enjoy focused attention around the face and a peaceful opportunity to relax.

Every client is different, so I take a thoughtful, individual approach. You can let me know which areas you would like me to focus on, which areas you would prefer me to avoid, and whether you would like lighter or firmer pressure. Your privacy, dignity and personal boundaries are respected throughout, with appropriate draping during your appointment. All treatments are strictly professional.
