Fully qualified and insured massage therapist with over 10 years of professional experience. I have treated many clients, including well-known public figures, and have helped people with neck and back pain, sciatica, trapezius tension, muscular pain, reduced mobility, and other physical conditions.

My treatments are tailored to each client's needs and combine proven therapeutic techniques, including:

Trigger Point Therapy – targets tight, painful knots within the muscles by applying focused pressure until the tension begins to release.

Myofascial Release Therapy – uses slow, sustained pressure on the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding the muscles) to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and relieve pain.

Oriental Massage Techniques – combined with therapeutic massage to support recovery and restore balance.

• Sports & Deep Tissue Massage: Holding a City & Guilds Level 3 Sports Massage qualification and a BTEC in Anatomy & Physiology, I use targeted, firm pressure to break down stubborn knots, relieve chronic muscle tension, and assist with athletic recovery.
