Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

To ensure the programme remains fair and effective for everyone, please read these terms carefully:

1. Qualified Referrals

A “qualified referral” is a new user who signs up using your unique affiliate link, pays for a live, approved ad, and keeps the ad active for a minimum of 30 days.

2. Commission

• You will earn £20 per qualified referral.
• The referred ad must not be cancelled or refunded within 30 days.
• You must refer a minimum of 3 qualified users to receive your commission.
• A 3-month validation period begins after the third qualifying referral.

3. Payout Options

Once the 3-month holding period is complete, you can:

• Request a free UK bank transfer (minimum payout: £60)
• Request an international bank transfer (a fee may apply)
• Use your affiliate credit toward ad activation, renewal, or promotion on Massages Me

4. Where You Can Promote

You may only share your affiliate link in professional or relevant contexts. Suitable platforms include:

• Your business website or massage therapy blog
• Articles about wellness or massage marketing
• Social media posts that mention Massages Me in a respectful and accurate way
• Email newsletters targeted at therapists, spas, or wellness clients

Do not share your affiliate link on unrelated, adult, or spammy websites. We reserve the right to reject any referral from such sources and suspend affiliate accounts for misuse.

5. Abuse & Fraud Protection

To prevent abuse, we monitor sign-up behaviour. We may withhold or cancel affiliate credit if:

• Multiple accounts are created by the same individual or IP address
• The referral shows no genuine advertising intent
• The system is being used solely to obtain commission rewards

6. Referral Ownership

The first affiliate link used at the time of a user's sign-up is the only one considered valid. Credit cannot be reassigned later.

7. Expired Referrals

If a referred user does not complete their sign-up and ad within 3 months of clicking your link, the referral expires and no commission will be granted.

8. Changes to the Programme

Massages Me reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the affiliate programme or its terms at any time. All updates will be published on our website or blog, and affiliates will be notified where appropriate.
